We create education grounded in quality improvement and best practices for adult learning.

COVID-19 Response

In response to the urgent demands of the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer timely, concise, and meaningful education and resources for BC healthcare professionals. Our CPD response includes a series of interactive COVID-19 webinars for family physicians, specialist physicians, midwives, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. Expert panel presenters facilitate Q&A to review the most up-to-date information and address concerns in real-time.

Since March 2020, we have delivered a robust webinars series to thousands of attendees, which include COVID-19 updates as well as impacts to areas of practice due to COVID-19. We also offer a COVID-19 Resource Hub, which links healthcare learners to key educational resources as well as UBC CPD’s webinar archive of recordings and podcasts.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, guidelines and recommendations continue to shift and the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, and we at UBC CPD are committed to addressing health care professionals’ COVID-19 related learning needs. We have partnered with several organizations in order to deliver this timely education, including the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC), WorkSafeBC, and Child and Youth Mental Health Services.
